The young lady at the desk when we checked in and out was extremely helpful. She was quick to get us 2 out of the 4 rooms 2 hours ahead of check in and gave us directions for a local restaurant that served beef on weck! I accidently left something in the fridge and even though had already checked out, she was able to get me a temporary key to get back in. She rates 5 out of 5 stars with my family! Breakfast buffet had a nice assortment of items for everyone in our party.

The location was great, across from UB. Plenty of amenities, shopping, restaurants and access to routes to surrounding cities. The Staff very friendly and efficient helpful. Loved the shower. I would recommend placing a couple of makeup remover towelettes in bathroom, I have come to enjoy having the use of them in other hotels I recently stayed. Bottom line. I would definitely rebook here again and have already recommended it to other family members.

Location for us personally is near family to visit, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in either direction. Easy access to I-290 to reach Niagara or I-90. A decent breakfast provided with stay in lobby. Staff was excellent.

With the major storm that hit, I saw a lot of service people staying there and seeing a box of food in lobby for donations to help feed anyone who needed it. Personally the stay was great as it's near family for visits. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. Breakfast is offered in the morning with waffles, bagels, scrambled eggs, sausage and cereals with fruit as well.

Location is great as there's food, groceries, restaurants and gas stations all within a couple miles. Rooms are clean with microwave and fridge, washer and dryer available on site as well. Staff is always courteous and they still have a decent breakfast in the morning to start the day off!!

Just a very nice simple motel. Lots of little touches that make me think they are thinking - picnic tables - nice woods view from breakfast room - enough light to read at night etc.
